TERM, CONDITION, TERMINATION, AND DEFAULT

 

If you subscribe to our weekly subscription IT Support Services you will be given a contract that is auto renewed weekly  that will legally bind the Service Provider and the Client starting on the date first mentioned on the signing of the contract ("Effective Date") and shall continue to be legally binding between the Parties on a weekly basis. At the instance of any of the Parties, this Contract may be rescinded, canceled, annulled, terminated, or otherwise rendered without any force and effect, upon notice to the other party of such grounds constituting a failure to comply with their respective obligations; or breach of any of the representations and warranties of the Parties made under this Contract, within [seven business days from receipt of the notice, unless the Contract otherwise provides. In this respect, the failure of the Provider to pay the total service fee shall constitute a failure to comply with its obligation to avail of the said services. Insolvency of either party; failure to perform the duties under this Contract; failure to provide payment when it becomes due; and either party's property seizure, levy, or general assignment for the benefit of creditors constitutes default of this Contract. Such termination shall not be effective unless a notice has been duly given by the terminating party to the other party within [seven (7)] days prior to the termination date. In the event of termination of service, we will transfer the network ownership of all network equipment over to the Client provided email upon exiting our services. You will only keep all fully paid equipment if any equipment was purchased during your subscription.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT HAS ALREADY CHARGED TO YOUR DEFAULT PAYMENT FROM OUR AUTO PAYMENT PROCESSOR. BY PAYING FOR YOUR SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. ONCE A SUBSCRIPTION IS CANCELED DURING THE WEEKLY CYCLE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THAT WEEK FULLY AND THEN YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE CANCELED THEREAFTER. YOU WILL NOT INCURE ANY CHARGES AFTER THE LAST PAYMENT FOR THAT WEEK IS MADE.
