Our Service Details
IT Network Support Services $25 a day with weekly subscription

We conduct weekly installation of network firmware, security patches, software updates.

Proactively checking the existing network conditions.

Providing solutions to network issues.

Inspecting the external parts of the network.

Conducting a weekly security and speed test of the network.

Providing network maintenance services during the whole term of this agreement.

We will install any new network related equipment at equipment only cost. The service fee ($25 a day with support subscription) will cover the labor cost. Otherwise there is an al a carte fee per device/hour fee at time of proposal.

Will assist to resolve 3rd party technology / audio video vendor issues that are connected to the network infrastructure if requested by the client's vendor as a secondary support.

Primary vendor for the supported device, should be called first before calling for network support. Example, if a POS, Sound, Video, etc. issue, then call the respective support until the network is identified as the issue by the 3rd party vendor.
